Description:Recommendations for streamlining the NASA Buy-Quiet Process Roadmap have been developed are and reported within this document. Discussions with Messer Construction indicated that the streamlined Process outlined above is clear and achievable, and is very likely to be put into practice by Messer. Our instructions were to prepare materials that could be used by NIOSH and Tier 1 Performance Solutions to develop a website and webtools for use by Construction Firms. As such, this document does not provide a finished website, and the accompanying flowcharts and graphs are preliminary in nature. The raw material to generate these is provided under separate cover. It is certain that questions will arise in the interpretation and adaptation of this document, and Nelson Acoustics looks forward being able to help clarify them. Nevertheless it is our belief that the bulk of the Process is thoroughly documented above, and awaits only the conversion into an elegant system by Tier 1.
