The facility, employees, and manufacturing processes are described. The safety and health, industrial hygiene, and medical programs, and physical and engineering controls are evaluated. The authors conclude that safety and health programs, medical surveillance and emergency procedures need to established and documented. Preventive maintenance schedules should be determined and good laboratory practices followed.
