  Environmental survey and medical examination of workers in the batting department of a synthetic textiles products manufacturing plant, producing a polyester fiber filler and insulation material, indicating potentially toxic exposure to ethyl-acrylate (140885) polymer dust. No significant symptoms are reported, except for past skin discomfort by a worker. Recommendations are made for institution of engineering improvements to control the overspray of emulsion containing the polymer as well as a good program of general housekeeping.
