Description:Evaluation of health hazards from sulfuric-acid (7664939) mist and trichloroethylene (79016) in a plant making custom fitted copper pipe fixtures for plumbing and air conditioning indicates no toxic exposures. However, since 6 of 10 workers interviewed described symptoms of irritation, possibly due to acid fumes or a combination of irritants, a recommendation is made that ventilation should be adjusted to eliminate exposure.
