Description:Environmental evaluations conducted in a tire and rubber company (SIC-3011) indicate that 2,2-dithioaniline (BIS-2) is both a potent primary irritant and a cutaneous sensitizer, responsible for an extensive outbreak of dermatitis. Exposure to methylene-bis- diisocyanate (12125472) prepolymer (MDI) is not found toxic at the concentrations measured during normal operating conditions.
