Description:A potential health hazard is found to exist in the regrind room from vinyl-chloride (75014) in a plant producing control devices for automatic lawn sprinkler systems (SIC-3432). Recommendations include reduction of airborne concentrations of vinyl-chloride to levels not detectable by the method of analysis, and also wearing of an air supplied respirator by all employees exposed to measurable concentrations of vinyl-chloride.
