Description:We determined the in vitro minimum lethal concentration of secnidazole and assessed the correlation with clinical susceptibility among Trichomonas vaginalis isolates obtained from 71 women, of whom 66 were successfully treated with this medication. A minimum lethal concentration ≤12.5 μg/mL correlated with clinical susceptibility in this study.
