      This letter is regarding to your Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (CDC/ATSDR) Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request of January 1, 2021,

      assigned #21-00444-FOIA, for: "A digital/electronic copy of the transition briefing document(s) (late 2020) prepared by CDC for the incoming Biden Administration."

      We located 197 pages of responsive records (185 pages released in full; 12 pages released in part). After a careful review of these pages, some information was withheld from release pursuant to 5 U.S.C. ยง552 Exemption 5.
