В соответствии с указаниями CDC и Управления транспортной безопасности (TSA), в соответствии с Директивой по безопасности 1544-21-03 и Экстренной поправкой 1546-21-02, и в соответствии с Распоряжением CDC об исполнении указа, все авиакомпании или другие авиаоператоры перед посадкой на рейс в Соединенные Штаты Америки из другой страны должны предоставлять всем пассажирам следующие формы раскрытия информации.
