CDC Stacks Public Health Publications

NCHS is the nation’s principal health statistics agency. They collect timely, accurate, and objective data that can be used to understand and improve health in America. These data are released in a variety of formats, including scientific reports. Their reports feature health estimates, trend data, and other useful public health information. People and groups use NCHS data to make evidence-based decisions, create health-focused policies, allocate resources, identify needs-based programs, and more.
