Description:The purpose of this study was to evaluate and characterize the tumorigenic potential of the long-term ingestion of 4,4'-methylene-bis- (2-chloroaniline) in albino rats. The dietary administration of the test material was initiated on October 17, 1974 and was terminated eighteen months later on April 15, 1976. The animals were then fed the appropriate protein adequate or deficient basal diet and observed for an additional six months; and the study was terminated on October 14, 1976.
