    This report provides the findings from antimicrobial susceptibility testing of Campylobacter, E. coli, Shigella, non-typhoidal Salmonella, Salmonella Typhi and Paratyphi, and Vibrio (excluding V. cholerae) isolates (from humans) submitted to CDC in 2014. This is the first NARMS Human Isolates report to include whole genome sequencing (WGS) data for Salmonella isolated from humans, limited to isolates that were phenotypically resistant to at least one antimicrobial agent tested.
