CDC and ATSDR Budget Documents
This Collection includes the CDC Operating Plans for both the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry. Once Congress passes an annual appropriations bill, agencies develop an operating plan based on the bill and conference report.
